The My Plan project underwent a comprehensive audit and exploration process, which involved analyzing out-of-category examples to understand how customers build their own products.
The design team explored various visual systems and design elements for perks that could flex across multiple touch points. This process enabled us to create a platform that is not only user-friendly but also visually appealing and cohesive across all channels.
